Sasibai Kimis is a Malaysian social entrepreneur and founder of Earth Heir, an award-winning social enterprise dedicated to preserving traditional craftsmanship while empowering marginalized communities. She brings deep expertise in social enterprise development, ethical fashion, and sustainability, collaborating with artisans across diverse cultural and generational backgrounds, including rural women, indigenous communities, refugees, and persons with disabilities. Under her leadership, Earth Heir has become B-Corp and WFTO Fair Trade certified, creating contemporary handcrafted products that celebrate heritage and drive social impact.
Prior to founding Earth Heir in 2013, Sasibai held leadership roles in finance and development, including Vice President at Khazanah Nasional, Director at First Avenue Partners LLP, and Analyst at Lehman Brothers. She has contributed to the United Nations Development Program and Opportunities Industrialization Centers International.
